No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled service time may result in a full-service fee. This policy encourages timely cancellations to avoid disruptions for our service providers.
In the rare event that a service provider or admin cancels a booking, users will be promptly notified. Alternative arrangements or a full refund will be offered to ensure minimal inconvenience.
